Common terminology: Doctopus.com may be referred to in this document as "We", "Us", "Our" and "doctopus". The users of the site may be referred to as "Users","User", "You", "Your". The Terms of Service document may be referred to as "Terms Of Service", "TOS" ,"Agreement" and "Terms".

We reserve the right to revise the TOS at Our discretion at any time. The revisions can include complete changes, updates and partial changes to any and all information presented in the TOS. The revised changes will take effect as of the date stated on the posting for all Users. It is the sole responsibility of Users to check the TOS regularly for updates and/or changes. CONTENT POLICY

We respect Your rights and the right of Freedom of Speech but at the same time we reserve the right to prohibit Users from posting certain materials.

You may not publish, post, distribute, use or upload the following:
  • content that is copyrighted
  • pornography or obscene materials
  • material that promotes racial/sexual/ethnic/religious defamation
  • material that promotes illegal activity
  • impersonation of others for purposes of misleading or confusing other Users
  • material that violates the intellectual property rights of a third party
  • files that contain viruses, malware, spyware and malicious code
  • materials used in phishing schemes
  • materials posted by other users that may break copyright laws or any other laws posted above
Violation of the above policies will result in deactivation and deletion of your account and content and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Note: do not publicly post any private information that may be harmful to You. Some content created by You may be viewed publicly by users outside of doctopus. Such content may include but isn't limited to personal email, home address, credit card information, bank information and telephone number. Post personal information at your own discretion.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold doctopus its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, third party affiliates and employees harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to your data and your publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by you at your site and/or to doctopus and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by your actions; and (iv) your negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another. These obligations will survive any termination of your relationship with doctopus or your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of doctopus and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

USER CONDUCT

You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the doctopus website, for any posts you make and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the doctopus website in compliance with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws.

PRIVACY

We reserve the right to monitor the use of our systems and related content within user accounts, whether published or unpublished, in the interests of security. We will not disclose this information to anyone outside the company, unless legally compelled to.

WARRANTY

STORAGE

We retain the right to create and change limits on the use of storage at our discretion at any time and without notice. You agree that doctopus has no responsibility or liability for deletion or failure to store any content created by You.
